Shipping Policy

US DELIVERY:
o We strive to ship orders out within 1-3 business days. You'll receive an email with the tracking number once your order ships.
o It typically takes 2-7 business days once shipped for your order to arrive.
o Orders with a weekly subscription will shipped on Monday If Monday falls on a holiday, the orders will be shipped on Tuesday.
o Orders with a monthly subscription will shipped on 1st of every month.
o All items in an order will ship together in one package.
o Please double-check your order before completing checkout. Once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes.
Things to note:
o We ship through one of the following: USPS, UPS, or FedEx Smartpost. We ask that you use a physical address in the checkout rather than a PO Box for the quickest delivery.
o APO/FPO addresses ship using the US delivery method. Select the "United States" as the Country then Armed Forces Americas/Europe/Pacific as the State.
o We do not ship on weekends or holidays
o We do not have expedited shipping options at this time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
International shipping prices are based on destination and weight. Shipping costs are included with product pricing. The shipping fee does not include the customs and duties fee (if required) of the destination country. Customers are responsible for any of these fees that may apply upon delivery.
Carrier Delays:
Please note that mail carriers are experiencing record-breaking e-commerce orders, COVID-19 closures, and weather events that may cause package delays. USPS, UPS, and FedEx are having issues impacting the ability to view up-to-date tracking information. Because of these delays, this may cause your estimated delivery date to change or state "pending". Pending tracking is still on the way and will update as it gets closer to being delivered. It may also not update in transit (it'll show no movement or list that the label is just created) but then jump to your state with no updates in between. Sales Tax Policy
Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Betcha Catcha Crab.
Items ordered from Betcha Catcha Crab may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts.
If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Betcha Catcha Crab, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.

Return Policy
This item is non-returnable, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement.
